We guarantee this at e-Quest.
At least 2 people from your colleagues, employees or other persons must give feedback before this is incorporated in the report. These results are processed in such a way that your personal answer is not visible.
As the manager however you are the only one involved– so in this case it’s clear that the feedback has come from you. Which is, of course, the intention with this kind of feedback.
Click on "forgotten password" in the top right in the login box on our homepage and the procedure to request a new password starts.
Note: with this procedure we guarantee that no-one else can give feedback in your name and/or request reports online. We consider this important ;-)
Yes, using the ‘profile management’ menu on the left you can choose your password yourself.
Make sure that you choose a safe password and not, for example, “1234” or “test”. Your feedback and the feedback reports are valuable and you want them put to good use.
Your login is your surname and the first letter of your first name, written joined together and each starting with a capital letter.
E.g. Philip Peeters -> login = PeetersP
If this doesn’t work, in the way that it does for example with “Peeters”, you can add the 2nd and/or 3rd letter of your first name: ‘PeetersPh’ or ‘PeetersPhi’
Of course!
Using the ‘invite’ menu you can choose yourself who gives you feedback. We normally recommend that you invite your manager (or someone on the executive board) and at least 3 colleagues who work on your hierarchical level. If you are a manager yourself, you should invite at least 3 colleagues who report to you.
But feel free to invite ‘other’ people too, such as customers, suppliers, or even your partner.
Of course! The questionnaires are available in Dutch, French, English and German. In the invitation all you have to do is indicate which language your colleague speaks and e-Quest will take care of the rest.
Yes, everything is, of course, translated automatically so you can read your report in your mother tongue :-)
You can, but remember that e-Quest sends an automatic reminder 2 days before the deadline to those colleagues who still haven’t given feedback.
But if you want to take control of this process yourself, you can use the “send reminder” link under the “invite” menu.
Your feedback report is very important to us. So we take good care to protect it. It is the person in your organisation who initiated the 360° who decides this. It is normally this person who makes your report available. You can view your report online or as a hard copy.
If it is taking too long to get your report, you should contact this person (this was also the person who invited you – see also the signature in the e-mail you received about this)
Our model is based on you only pay for what you get. You can choose from 3 options and a fixed price is invoiced for each 360° feedback after the detailed report has been drawn up.

Online self-assessment:

    An employee gains an impression of a certain subject by means of a classical survey via the Internet. This results in a detailed report which leads to a personal development plan.

    A large target group (e.g. a department or an organisation) is surveyed online about a specific subject.
